Hello all;
Found this forum on a google search for the word Drow. It is very interesting, although it takes me a lot of copy/pasting into bablefish to understand 
Anyway, thought I would share an image I had done by a artist lately (Drew Gardner:http://drewgardner.deviantart.com/) , involving an erotic encounter between a drow captive and a Mind Flayer. Since I am not sure of the rules concerning erotic imagery on this forum, it has been edited (contact me at chupacabra555@graffiti.net for the unedited version).

Well, technically, there are no female illithids
The one in my commissioned image happenes to have a 'deformity', a left over from its host body, and decided to put it to good use.
